Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Franklin United Football Club Incorporated will be held as follows:

Date: Monday, 2 March 2026
Time: 6.00pm
Venue: Drury United FC Clubrooms

 

Business of the Meeting

The business of the AGM shall include:

  1. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
  2. Receipt and adoption of the President’s Report
  3. Receipt and adoption of the Financial Statements
  4. Election of Officers and Board Members
  5. Consideration of any remits properly submitted
  6. General business

 

Remits and Matters for Discussion

In accordance with the Club’s Constitution, any remits or matters for discussion to be raised at the AGM must be submitted in writing to secretary@franklinunited.nz.  Remits must be received no later than seven (7) working days prior to the AGM.
